Yin Yoga is a magical practice, where the poses are held for an extended period of time, creating a long slow extension of the body, unwinding of compacted fascia, and unknotting and releasing of muscles. The practice allows the body to drop down into the parasympathetic nervous system and therefore becomes a deeply healing and nourishing practice. It is grounding, calming and revitalising, with profound physical, energetic and emotional affects. It is perfect for beginners to advanced yoga students.​ Through this practice, energetic blockages and stagnant energy can be removed, balanced and transformed thus allowing the vital energy to flow freely throughout the meridians and energy system of the body.
During the event, you will receive Holy Fire Reiki (universal, healing energy) to support this process as the guitar plays in the background to deepen the healing experience.
