Each week we explore one of the 7 major energy centers through meditation. In addition, an oracle card drawn from the Chakra deck for each participant.

These are audio recordings sent via email on Sunday’s each week for 6 weeks and available to listen to for at least a week or more. Yoga Alliance CEU's available for registered yoga teachers.
