What to Bring: Your own blankets and pillows. An eye pillow is a nice addition. A yoga or pilates mat or other padded support such as a camping mat. You’ll be laying down on carpet so bring along anything that will help you feel fully supported. A bolster such as a pillow for under the knees is especially important. Please arrive 15 minutes to set up your sacred space. A chair can be provided if needed.
