By the use of sound you can create a level of peace within yourself & renew the body at a cellular level. The aim is to bring your being to a state of bliss; alleviating tension, anxiety and pain & connecting you to your Higher Self. Allow yourself to be transported with the sacred sounds of the Himalayan singing bowls, frame drum, wind gong, quartz crystal singing bowls, used throughout the ages, to create vibrational music specifically crafted for healing. These elements are richly woven into a meditation experience designed to restore balance and awaken a deeper connection to the divine. 

What to Bring: Two Blankets and two pillows. An eye pillow is a nice addition. A yoga or pilates mat or other padded support such as a camping mat. You’ll be laying down on carpet so bring along anything that will help you feel fully supported. A bolster such as a pillow for under the knees is especially important. A chair can be provided. You are welcome to bring a Zero gravity chair.
