This Sound Journey +Meditation will be slightly different than past journeys. I will lead with a energy center balancing meditation and use the bowls associated with each energy center to bring everything into harmony. We will open with drawing a card from a chakra oracle deck to set our intention. I will intuitively guide you along and everything will unfold as needed.

What to Bring: Two Blankets and two pillows. An eye pillow is a nice addition. A yoga or pilates mat or other padded support such as a camping mat. You’ll be laying down on carpet so bring along anything that will help you feel fully supported. A bolster such as a pillow for under the knees is especially important. A chair can be provided. You are welcome to bring a Zero gravity chair.
