Come unwind and simply be! Join Marie for a magical evening of sound healing. The immersive Sound Journey +Meditation takes place in Pomona Park in Fruitport, MI overlooking Spring Lake. Lay under the big oak trees, close to the water as the sound of the gong, crystal and himalayan singing bowls and other sound instruments sweep you away into a peaceful state. The aim of the evening is to bring your being to a state of bliss; alleviating tension, anxiety and pain. Allow yourself to be transported with the sacred sounds. Outdoor sound baths in nature benefit the mind and body, reducing stress and tension. Experiencing the sound journey outdoors has the added benefits of lowering stress hormones and blood pressure as we are surrounded by the trees and gentle elements.
