After you pay, please send an email to echomre@gmail.com and Marie will add you to the class list. You will then receive weekly audio recorded meditations along with the group Oracle card.
This series is 2, weekly audio recordings: one will be on the step being taught for that week along with the group Oracle card and the second will be the meditation containing the step(s). The Zoom recordings will be available until May 26, 2024. You can listen as many times as you'd like. These sacred audio recordings offer a chance to immerse yourself in the 12 step protocol of learning a meditation practice steeped in the ancient yoga nidra tradition. The meditation is for resilience and rest. A group Oracle card will be pulled weekly to assist you with your intention.
Each guided meditation audio recording will encompass approximately 35 minutes of meditation with a separate, brief audio recording intro to the step we are learning that week.
Note: After listening to the recording, I suggest journaling your experience. Best listened to with headphones on but not necessary. You can listen as many times as you'd like.
