Come unwind and simply be! Join Marie for a magical evening of sound healing. This 60 min stress reducing session allows you to pause for self-reflection in a soothing outdoor setting. By the use of sound you can create a level of peace within yourself & renew the body at a cellular level.

Upon Arrival Arrival time is 10 minutes before the journey begins so you have plenty of time to set up your sacred space. You’ll make yourself a cozy nest of blankets and pillows for comfort.

What to Bring: An open mind along with plenty of support such as a camping, pilates or yoga mat, a couple of blankets and two pillows (bolsters) and an eye cover. You'll be laying on the ground so the more props, the better! In addition, a journal to write down your experience afterwards is helpful. After you’re all set up and ready to begin, there’ll be nothing for you to do but to listen to my voice and meld into the experience.

What to expect: During the journey you may experience a number of different sensations, including: visions, emotional shifts, blockages releasing, answered questions, inspiration, a sense of deep connection with intuition, retrieval of memories, physically vibrating/tingling, deep relaxation and healing. You may also experience none of these things and just have the pleasure of lying still for a while being bathed in healing sounds and vibrations!
